Do you offer after-sales service?
Yes: we carry out the maintenance and repair of your installations. Supra Sécurité offers a 1-year commercial warranty, under the conditions set out in the quote. It comes on top of the statutory guarantees that apply and does not limit them. Our team also handles the follow-up and after-sales service of your installation.
Can I watch my cameras from my smartphone?
Yes. All our CCTV systems are connected and can be viewed in a smartphone app, wherever you are in the world.
Which areas do you cover?
We mainly work in the Hauts-de-Seine (92) and Paris: Neuilly-sur-Seine, Levallois-Perret, Courbevoie, Puteaux, Suresnes, Clichy, Asnières-sur-Seine and every Paris arrondissement. Elsewhere in the Île-de-France region, we can come up to 2 hours from Neuilly-sur-Seine when needed.
