Privacy notice
This notice sums up, in English, how Supra Sécurité handles the personal data it receives through this website. The reference version is our full privacy policy (in French), last updated on 5 October 2026.
Who is responsible
SUPRA SECURITE, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), SIREN 921 802 146, 4 Rue Bellanger, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. For any question about your data, write to contact@supra-securite.fr with the subject “Personal data”.
Quote requests
Our forms send us your name, your phone number and, if you give them, your email address, the service you need, the town and your message, with the date, the page and any campaign (utm) parameters. We use them to answer you, prepare your quote and follow up on your request (legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us). A form never subscribes you to a newsletter. Please do not send alarm codes or passwords.
Who receives your data
Authorised staff at Supra Sécurité, and Raisemedia, the agency that runs the website (including through its RaiseDesk dashboard, when connected). Our providers: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery) and Microsoft (Clarity, only with your consent). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards the GDPR requires.
Analytics and cookies
Microsoft Clarity loads only after you click “Accept” in the banner. It records pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and the type of device; forms are masked, so nothing you type is recorded. It then sets the _clck (up to one year) and _clsk (one day) cookies. Your choice is kept for six months; change it at any time with “Manage cookies” at the bottom of each page. Without cookies or identifiers, the site also counts clicks on its contact buttons. Embedded Google Maps connect your browser to Google.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a contract: three years from your last contact with us. Client files: for the duration of the contract, then as the law requires, for example ten years for accounting records.
Your rights
You can access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its use, ask for its portability and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@supra-securite.fr. You can also complain to the CNIL, France’s data protection authority.
